I’m a National Academy of Sports Medicine Certified Personal Trainer. I hold two advanced Certifications through NASM, one in Corrective Exercise and the other in Sports Enhancement. I also have a Functional Movement Screening Certification, Dotfit Certification, TRX Certification, Kettlebell Certification, and have studied through Venice Nutrition. I’m currently in the process of receiving a Yoga and Fitness Instructors Certification through American Fitness Professionals Associates, Spinning certification through Mad Dogg studios and am always continuing my education through NASM. Right now I’m studying reactive training and neuromuscular stretching. In June, I’m getting certified as a barefoot specialist through EBFA Fitness.
