About Julian Brown

At the young age of fourteen, Julian Brown began strength training to improve his sports performance, a move that set him down an exciting career path in health and fitness. Today, Julian is an American Council of Exercise (ACE) certified personal trainer, a National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) certified fitness nutrition specialist, and professional natural bodybuilder with the Professional Natural Bodybuilding Association (PNBA) and the International Federation of Physique Athletes (IFPA).  Julian is a co-owner of 107 Fitness Studio, an 1800 square foot fully equipped personal training facility located in Gilbert, AZ. Along side Julian, 107 Fitness Studio is home to seven highly qualified and certified personal trainers whom specialized in helping their clients reach their fitness goals through personalized nutrition and exercise guidance.

Julian’s one-on-one in-studio training sessions offer exercise form expertise, nutritional counseling, and lifestyle guidelines to help anyone looking to achieve their fitness goals. From physique athletes to post-pregnancy women, Julian has helped many unique clients reach their fitness goals.  All training programs come with free nutritional counseling and lifestyle guidelines as well as the choice between either a thirty minute express or standard one hour workout session.   • Online Personal Training

Julian’s offers his services and expertise to clients around the world via personalized workouts and nutrition plans designed to help his clients reach their personal fitness and physique goals.   The initial online assessment includes assessment of a client’s goals, physical limitations, medications, and health conditions. Starting measurements and photos will also be performed.  Based upon the assessment, Julian will create a customized workout plan catered to the individual’s goals and current physique. Julian will also provide a customized nutritional plan which includes a template on how to pair proteins, complex carbs, and fats.  From there, online training uses a combination of monthly photos and measurements to track progress and make adjustments to workout and nutritional programs.
