Please be sure to add @AskTheTrainer.com to your safe senders list if you haven’t already and keep an eye out for an email from us within the next few days. Submission requests normally take between 24 and 48 hours to be completed and you will be notified via email the moment your new or updated listing has been published.

If you are a PRO member and this is a new listing, expect an email from us shortly if you haven’t already received one. It will contain your username and password for the Ask The Trainer Author Program dashboard. Once received, you can log in to download your personal trainer forms & charts bundle or submit articles for publication.
