Originally from Detroit, MI, I've been offering health and fitness advice for the last 20 years while working as an engineer. I've decided to turn my passion into a profession, and there's nothing more satisfying than helping someone reach their goals. There’s nothing more rewarding than helping someone get healthy and witnessing the transformation that takes place mentally as well as physically.
My philosophy is a strong belief in ownership of one's health and fitness goals. You only have one body. What are you doing to take care of your body now, so that your body takes care of you later? There are 3 kinds of people. The kind of people that make it happen, the kind of people who watch it happen, and the kind of people who say, “what happened?” Which person are you going to be? My job is to facilitate the process with expert information, strategies, techniques, and plans. The rest is up to you... you only have 1 body, own it!
