5 Reasons Why He’ll Love You More if You Work Out

There are probably a million reasons to start working out right away, but instead of discussing them from the usual get healthier, increase your confidence perspective, how about we call a spade a spade?

Your partner will love and appreciate you more if you work out. Period. They may not even be aware of this fact but that doesn’t mean it’s not true.

For those of you who are single, instead of spending your time browsing those fitness personals for a ripped man of your dreams, how about you hit the gym and become someone’s dream come true?

Below we discuss the top 5 reasons why your partner will be even crazier about you when you reach a fitness level he’s never seen before!

#1. You’ll Be Better in Bed

The reason why you’ll be better in bed is at least two-fold. First of all, you’ll have more strength and more stamina to go the distance. Your entire body will be stronger and you’ll be able to hold various sex positions for extended periods of time. Second of all, your self-confidence will increase through the roof when all those months of exercise give you a behind like that of a high school volleyball player coupled with rock-hard abs. Let’s not forget that most girls who are serious about their workouts are also serious about their stretches, and good flexibility in the hips never hurt anyone’s sex life.

#2. Your Time will be Your Own

Instead of wasting your free time or the quality time with your partner on physical therapy to get you out of pain, spending the weekends at home because long walks give you back pain or skipping dinner dates because none of your dresses fit, you could just exercise three times a week and own your body to the fullest. You’ll get to enjoy life more because your time won’t be wasted on the negative effects of a sedentary lifestyle, you’ll be more eager to take part in various activities, and you’ll feel more fulfilled thanks to all the happy hormones released when we’re physically active.

#3. You’ll Be Pain-Free

As we age, our bodies become more tired, we’re not as physically strong as we used to be, and we can pretty much kiss any real endurance goodbye. On the other hand, if we adopt a new motto and say age is just a number, we can turn things around with exercise and give our bodies the much-needed relief they need. Hours spent sitting behind a desk, in traffic, taking care of kids, cooking, cleaning, grocery shopping and everything else a modern woman is expected to do takes a toll on the muscles, spine, and joints, which is why it’s super important to do a self-check every night before bed.

When your day is over and you’re finally getting ready to unwind, take half an hour and assess your body’s signals. Do you feel any pain anywhere? Can you clearly identify an area where it hurts? If you can, do those exercises that target the muscles around it to ease or stop the pain altogether. You’ll feel five years younger every time you do this, and your older self will thank you for taking such good care of your body. Needless you say, the less pain you feel, the more relaxed and stress-free you’ll be, which means you’ll have more patience and desire to spend some quality time with your partner.

#4. Your Self-Confidence Will Move Mountains

When it comes to the level of self-confidence that someone brings into the relationship, loving yourself and your body in the bedroom is just the tip of the iceberg. With so many challenges we’re faced with on a daily basis, leading a happy and fulfilling life takes plenty of self-respect and self-esteem, and one of the easiest ways to ensure you have plenty of both is to work out every chance you get. You’ll feel emotionally and physically stronger, which will give you the courage and motivation to make a good life for yourself, one which your partner will be able to enjoy as well. Your bond will become stronger, and you’ll enrich each other’s lives on a whole new level.

#5. You’ll Be High on Happy Hormones

Even the little kids know that exercise stimulates the production of happy hormones and that the high you get after leaving the gym makes you feel as light as a feather. This means you’ll be a happy-go-lucky person and spread positive energy everywhere you go. People will be drawn to you, your partner will feed off your good vibes, and you’ll be a delight to be around. A genuinely positive outlook on life is hard to find these days and the people who have it serve as an inspiration to those who know them.
